LIVERPOOL goalkeeper Simon Mignolet admitted he would be lying if he said he hadn't considered a potential move to China.

A number of high-profile players have left the Premier League for the Chinese Super League, with the likes of Oscar, John Obi Mikel and Odion Ighalo moving to the Far East in recent months.

Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney was the latest player to be linked with a big-money transfer ahead of tomorrow's deadline, but he ruled out a CSL switch last week.

Liverpool's Mignolet suggests he would be tempted with the money on offer in China but admits the mega-rich clubs are not in the market for goalkeepers.

"You would be a hypocrite to say we don't speak about it because it's a big topic," he told The Mirror.

"Everybody's speaking about it. You see the money and of course you talk about
"I'm a keeper and I don't think they want any keepers.

"I know the next question is would you go to China - and the only answer you can give is that you don't know unless you get an actual proposal.

"You can't weigh up the pros and cons until you actually receive an offer."
