Chelsea could be set for a huge summer of transfer dealings if Romelu Lukaku leaves Everton in the coming months with Diego Costa's future coming into question.
Lukaku has rejected a new contract at Goodison Park with the Blues favourite to re-sign the striker.
But that could mean Costa will be granted an exit from Stamford Bridge if a sizeable offer is made for his lethal services.
